- You may not return goods if, after having been supplied, the goods you have partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined or added to, blended or combined, or embedded within other products or property.
- If the goods have been opened and used, a refund is not eligible

Condition of Returned Items:
- To be eligible for a return, the item is typically expected to be in its original condition, unused, and with any original packaging and intact.
- Return Process: Wallpaper Warehouse SA will require you to initiate the return process by contacting their customer service. They will guide you through the necessary steps and provide instructions for returning the item.
- Please note there is a 10 working day return period from date of arrival of your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item is typically expected to be in its original condition, unused, and with any original packaging and intact.

- Custom designs that are not part of our collection are not eligible for return.
- Refunds or Exchanges: T’s & C’s Apply you may be eligible for a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different product or size. The refund or exchange process typically begins once the returned item has been received and inspected by the company.
- Colour Variations:
WW-SA will not be liable for colour variations; ie: Even using the same printer, different printing batch wallpapers colour tone can be very different. It is hard to get back the 100% same colour tone as there are many factors affecting the printing outcome, for example, machine temperature, ambience temperature, machine calibration, level of ink, change of a new cartridge etc.
- Custom designs that are not part of our collection are not eligible for return.
Thus it is important to purchase enough wallpaper with the first order to ensure a consistent wallpaper colour tone for your room.
- A admin fee of R250 will be charged in the event of returning an unwanted (change-of-mind) item and there is no factory default.
