Shipping policy

 

Wallpaper Warehouse SA always aims for the best service and when delivering your goods we take extra care.

Delivery charges are calculated on the quantity purchased and value total. A minimum amount of R2500.00  is eligible for free shipping, all total order value under the minimum amount will be charged at R100 delivery fee. 

We support local courier companies or all our deliveries. 

Once your order is placed online you will be contacted within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of your online purchase (or the next business day) to confirm delivery details.

On placing your order it will depend on stock availability, though if not in stock you should expect your delivery in Gauteng within 5 to 7 working days. If you order is in stock you can expect delivery the next day in Gauteng depending on the couriers delivery schedules. 

In the event delivery has to take place outside of the Metropolitan area of Gauteng you can expect delivery within 7 days once your order has been shipped. 

All orders will be available to track with a tracking link and tracking number
